I. Terms of Service & Technical Operations
1.1. By accessing Falcon Platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), you, as an end-user, acknowledge and grant your full and unconditional consent to all technical and legal terms outlined in this document. These terms are subject to periodic updates without prior notice.
1.2. Version Nature: The user fully acknowledges that this platform is operating in a Beta/Experimental phase. The purpose of interactive content is to conduct Stress Testing for servers and verify the capacity of synchronization protocols to handle high-volume data concurrently.
1.3. Financial System Simulation: All financial terminology displayed, such as "Earnings," "Balance," "USD," or "Withdrawal," are strictly programmatic symbols intended for future system simulation. These values do not represent any physical or monetary weight in reality, and their accumulation does not impose any financial obligation on the Platform's management towards the user.
1.4. Cloud Synchronization: Every unique Player ID is linked to our cloud servers. Any manipulation of Local Storage values will be detected through comparison with cloud-stored values, resulting in an immediate account reset.
II. Privacy Policy & Data Protection
2.1. Collected Data: We collect non-identifying technical data including: encrypted Player ID, progress level, and number of attempts. We do not request or store real names, residential addresses, or actual banking information at this stage.
2.2. Cookies & Storage: The Platform utilizes Local Storage to ensure session continuity and Service Workers to enhance programmatic performance. These technologies are not used to track your activity outside the scope of the Platform.
2.3. Information Security: We implement SSL encryption standards to protect data during transit from your browser to Cloudflare servers. However, the user acknowledges that internet security is not absolute and assumes responsibility for their device usage.
III. Limitation of Legal Liability
3.1. The Platform assumes no responsibility for any technical failures that may result in the loss of stored "Virtual Points." We also assume no liability for any misunderstanding of experimental game terminology.
3.2. The use of "Automation" tools or "Scripts" to manipulate game results is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this clause is considered an immediate termination of the license granted to you to use the Platform.
